All technical support related to rooms, facilities, equipment, and services are to be routed to FCAD HelpDesk. Technical Support includes support for: Media Equipment, Labs and Facilities, Digital Signage, A/V Equipment, New Media Equipment, Network Equipment, Software, and Hardware provided by FCAD.
